Individual items cannot be combined to meet minimum charge. All others fees including, but not limited to mileage and service fee not included in minimum order. Add $ 12 per hour per server for service fees. Pikanhas Restaurant Group Inc. will determine the number of employees provided dependent on the number of guest served.
Taxes charged according to local rate and suggested gratuity is 18-20%. Where allowed, use of the grill on-site is available for additional $ 300. Tables-side meat service also available for $ 300 grill fee and additional $5 per person Please Note that one hour for set up and one hour for breakdown will be added to function time for Pikanhas Package. Additional time may be incurred for staff to/from time.
Any event over 7 miles, an additional $ 5 per mile round trip will be added. We can customize a menu to fit guest needs. Any amount below the minimum package requirement will be considered a take-out order and may either picked up at the restaurant and/or delivered. there is a flat rate delivery fee of $ 30 that will be applied. any delivery over 5 miles incur an additional fee of $ 4.50 per mile round trip on top of the flat rate fee. Additional services such as serves will not be provided.
Availability of grill is dependent on other booked catering/event. Additional restrictions as to the time and date of event may apply. Menu and price is only valid for the day of the event. Certificates/promotions are not valid. We may have some items available for rent such as table cloths, silverware, chafing dishes etc. please inquire about cost and availability directly.
Signed agreement and deposit will be required and is contingent upon the absence of accidents, natural disaster, or acts of nature. Pikanhas Restaurant Group Inc also reserves the right to make reasonable substitutions if unable to secure specified items upon notification to customer. Pikanhas Restaurant Group reserve the right to cancel or change method of serving without prior notice. For event requiring use of grill, Pikanhas Restaurant Group will determine if the off-site event is appropriate and sufficient to avoid fire hazards. Other restrictions may apply. Deposit equal to the food cost is due upon execution of agreement. Please make final payment to manager the day of event. Pikanhas Restaurant Group Inc. accepts cash or credit for deposit/final payment
Cancellation Policy is follow:
- +2 Weeks notice – full deposit refund
- +1 Week notice – 50% deposit refund
- +3 days notice – 25% deposit refund
- Less than 3 days notice will result in 0% of deposit returned.
The customer agrees to assume liability for any and all damage caused by guests or agents attending the functions. Pikanhas Restaurant Group is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal or business property.
